Egge will perform; 8 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at the Rosendale Café, 434 Main St., Rosendale for a $15 cover charge admission. She was born in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada; and grew up in North Dakota and New Mexico. She began her music career in Austin, Texas; at the age of 20 releasing her first album, “River Under the Road” in 1997, recorded with the legendary western swing band, “Asleep at the Wheel. Her ninth album, “White Tiger,” produced by Alec Spiegelman, is scheduled for release on June 8 on StorySound Records.
