Beginner Tai Chi for arthritis classes in Kerhonkson and Ellenville begin Tuesday

Sponsored by Ulster County Office for the Aging in partnership with Ellenville Regional Hospital, beginner level Tai Chi for arthritis classes begin Tuesday, Nov. 5 and are twice a week for eight weeks, Tuesdays and Thursdays in two locations, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, 211 Foordmore Road, Kerhonkson and 4:30-5:30 p.m., in the Specialty Services Lobby, at Ellenville Regional Hospital, 15 Healthy Way, Ellenville. A commitment to be there for all classes is needed, as the program builds on each class. RSVP is a must and space is limited; call 845-340-3456.
