Canning fruit butter and chutney – CCEUC holiday classes

Join Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County master food preserver Janie Greenwald as she hosts the Kitchen Classes Series. Learn the boiling water bath method of preserving food and have tasty and safe treats all year long for friends and family. Classes will be held from 9 a.m.-noon Saturdays, Dec. 2 (Canning Fruit Butter) and Dec. 9 (Canning Chutney), at CCE Ulster’s Education Center, 232 Plaza Road (Hannaford Plaza), Kingston. Each class is $35, or $30 per class when taking both.
