The group was formed in April 2006 and is part of a growing ministry that has blessed both the crafters and the recipients of countless shawls all over the country. They meet 10 a.m.-noon Wednesdays in the Fellowship Hall of the Community Church, and anyone from the community is welcome to join. Creating prayer shawls is a wonderful way to reach out to those who are experiencing difficult or in some cases joyous times.
