The dinner, 5-7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, rain or shine, at the Elks Lodge, 50 Route 55, Napanoch, will include salad, spaghetti, Italian bread, soft drinks, dessert and coffee/tea. Proceeds from the event will benefit the 4th of July Celebration, including a parade and amazing fireworks. Admission to the dinner is $7 per person, with children under age 5, eating free when attending with a parent.
