Growing Through Grief, bereavement support group with therapist Fran Collet

Join the community, 2-3:30 p.m. Saturdays, beginning Jan. 27, at Christ the King Episcopal Church, 3021 Route 213 East, Stone Ridge, for this program facilitated by Fran Collet, a therapist with extensive experience in individual and group counseling, as well as trauma. The group will be structured to run for eight weeks. It will provide support and education with regard to understanding the grief process and to decrease the sense of isolation that often is associated with those who have lost a loved one.
