Local News from Marbletown, Rochester, & Rosendale
Salut, les ami(e)s! Sip some wine, nibble on some brie, and get to know the local Francophones, whilst conversing in la langue de Molière, 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 23, at RosenSpace, 402 Main St., Rosendale. If this meetup is successful, regular get-togethers to explore different aspects of Francophone culture, through movie nights, crêpe parties, book discussions, etc., will continue to be held. Note: This event is not a language class, participants should have a relatively robust level of spoken French, i.e., high enough to sustain a conversation on topics of general interest.
