RVBA meeting to present annual report and hold board member elections

In their 25th year, Rondout Valley Business Association will host their annual meeting, 5:30-7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, at the Kelder House, SUNY Ulster, 491 Cottekill Road, Stone Ridge.

During the meeting, the organization’s annual report will be presented, and elections will be held for RVBA board members. The slate of candidates includes current board members running for re-election to three-year terms: Melissa Carlile of Ulster Savings Bank, Richard Travers of Travers O’keefe and Grace Antiques, Mariam Gibbons of Puro Clean, Tom Smiley of Mohonk Mountain House and Steve Kelley of the Ellenville Regional Hospital.

New board candidates running for election to two-year terms: Scott Davis of Peak Engineering and Eric Stewart of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Hudson Valley Properties.

RVBA will also be presenting their March Madness Membership Campaign and the prizes available to new members and existing members to introduce a new member to the organization.

Prizes include a two-night midweek stay at the Mohonk Mountain House.

All RVBA members are encouraged to attend and participate in voting of board candidates.

Pizza and salad will be served, and a cash bar will be available.
