Tai Chi for Arthritis

Tai Chi is a great form of exercise. This one hour beginner level class is suitable for people who have pain or limited mobility due to arthritis. The 12-week series begins on Wednesday June 14 and continues meeting weekly through August 30 on Wednesdays from 10:30-11:30am. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and shoes with little to no tread. Students will be standing for the whole class, but chairs will be available. Kathy Carey is the instructor. Class fee: $48 for 12 weeks or $6 drop-in.
