Henry Ferland will perform a night of fingerstyle guitar, 7 p.m. Friday, March 14, at the Rosendale Theater, 408 Main St., Rosendale. The solo performance will showcase the 23 year old’s impressive fingerstyle skills which combine melodies, bass lines, unique chordal arrangements, and percussion. The show will include songs ranging from traditional fingerpicking (Chet Atkins, Doc Watson) to contemporary (Tommy Emmanuel, The Beatles, Paul Simon), and elements of jazz in addition to his original compositions.
