Birds of prey with Bill Robinson kicks off summer reading program in Stone Ridge

Open to all ages, the Summer Reading Kick-off program , 11 a.m.-noon, Sunday, June 30, on the Stone Ridge Library Lawn, at 3700 Main St., Stone Ridge features Bill Robinson and his amazing world of animals because the adventure begins at the Stone Ridge Library this summer.

Robinson has been presenting his educational wildlife programs to audiences in the Hudson Valley for over 50 years. Using live animals, he teaches about his fascination with the amazing adaptations these creatures have and their importance to the balance of nature. His goal is to inspire a sense of wonder about the natural world and encourage the audience to learn more about nature on their own.
