BISSELL Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters

BISSELL Pet Foundation is bringing hope to shelter pets across the country this holiday season with its “Empty the Shelters – Holiday Hope” adoption event, which the Ulster County SPCA will be participating in Dec. 7 – 19. During each nationwide event, BISSELL Pet Foundation sponsors reduced adoption fees of $25 per adult cat and dog (kittens and puppies not included).
