Find the warmth of faith in the darkness of winter, at the Kerhonkson Synagogue

Posted

Even though there is more darkness than light this time of year, each day there is also a few more minutes of daylight. To add to the warmth, the Kerhonkson Synagogue has added two offerings in February, Shabbat services on Saturday, Feb. 10 with Shacharit, Torah reading, and discussion at 10 a.m. and around noonish, their world-famous Potluck Kiddush. Bring a dairy or pareve dish to share. Services are held in person, at the synagogue, 26 Minnewaska Trail, Kerhonkson and via Zoom. And later in the month, 10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 25, join the community for the first of an online learning series, “An invitation to dwell in comfort and prayer. Demystify the Siddur/prayerbook to make it yours." This session is Zoom only. Zoom link will be sent in advance of the session. RSVP to kerhonksonsynagogue@gmail.com for the online learning.
