Enjoy live music with local bands, My Cuzzin Vinny and Full Moon Burn; vendors; food; historical exhibits and reenactments; youth activities; fireworks and the Jennie Bell Pie Contest! Bake two pies in disposable tins to enter, and drop them off no later than noon, Friday, Oct. 2. Winners will be announced at 2 p.m. at the festival. Come down for a full day of family fun and celebrate the country's 250th year with the Friends of Historic Rochester, noon-6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, on Main Street in Accord. All are invited! This event is free to attend. Patrons are also welcome to visit the Rochester Reformed Church for a History Open House, noon-5 p.m., also on Saturday, Oct. 3, at 5142 Route 209, Accord. The event will include historic exhibits, photos and cemetery tours.
