Harvest Craft Workshop at Historic Huguenot Street

Posted

On October 12th and 13th the whole family can enjoy a day of autumn fun at our beautiful 10-acre Historic District in the heart of New Paltz. Kids tickets are $10, adults are free.

This year in the crafts tent kids will paint a pumpkin, make a cornhusk doll, and create a leaf mosaic magnet. Make sure to stop by the snack table for some FREE popcorn and cider, then explore the street to earn a prize with our riddle-culous scavenger hunt!

On Saturday, local children’s author Julie DeLeo will be reading and signing her new book Halloween Magic!! A Little Pumpkin's Adventure. On Sunday, @eltinglibrary Children’s librarian will host an autumn story time with a selection of seasonal books.

Historic Huguenot Street would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to our event volunteers, the SUNY New Paltz chapter of Alpha Epsilon Phi Sorority, the Elting Memorial Library, and the businesses whose donations make the Craft Workshop possible: @wallkillviewfarm , @hurdsfamilyfarm , @bjornqorn , Adobe, and America’s Best Value Inn of New Paltz.
