Navigating burnout for entrepreneurs with the Women’s Enterprise Development Center

The Stone Ridge Library and the Women’s Enterprise Development Center are thrilled to offer this in-person workshop, 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 28, in the activity room, at Stone Ridge Library, 3700 Main St., Stone Ridge. Learn how to uncover resilience, recharge energy, and thrive in business. The Women’s Enterprise Development Center (WEDC) opens doors to business ownership for low-to-moderate income women and minorities in Westchester and the Hudson Valley. At this WEDC in-person workshop, discover warning signs of burnout and how to manage it, the five elements of wellbeing for lasting success, the strategies for a healthier lifestyle, easy and effective daily self-care routines, minor adjustments to significant improvements, and the importance of a balanced and intentional life.
