Earth Kinship with Miki Aso and Marguerite Uhlmann-Bower at Slingerland Pavilion

The workshop will begin promptly at 11 a.m. and run through 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, at the Slingerland Pavilion, 50 Upper 27 Knolls Road, High Falls. Registrants are welcome and encouraged to arrive as early as 10:30 a.m. to make their way to the pavilion and settle in. Earth Kinship is the ability to listen to and be in direct relationship with the more-than-human world. In this introductory workshop, participants will be guided through meditations, imaginative prompts, plant interactions, sauntering the land, reflection, and sharing.

Miki Aso is co-creator of We Are All Kin, co-facilitator at Plant Pioneers, student of more-than-human teachers, artist, and animist. She is a graduate of the Cultivating Cognitive Agility with Plant, Tree and Nature Allies training program and apprentice to program developer Marguerite Uhlmann-Bower.
