Lions Club to offer free eye screenings at Little Ones Learning Center Spring Fling

Posted

Little Ones Learning Center will be holding their annual Spring Fling during their regular story time, 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, May 4, at the Rochester Reformed Church, 5142 Route 209, Accord (across from the bus garage). There will be animals to see and pet and a variety of crafts and fun activities. Make a butterfly or a shoe garden (plant a flower in an old shoe) or have bubble fun. An important feature of this years’ Spring Fling will be free eye screenings for children done by the Rondout Valley Lions Club. The screening takes less than a minute but is very important for detecting early vision problems. Parent/guardian permission is required. Forms may be filled out at the registration desk that morning.

In case of bad weather, Spring Fling will be held inside, minus the animals. For more information call 845-626-4112 or 845-626-7249.
