Town of Rosendale Seniors meetings and trips

The seniors have their social meeting, 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, at the Rosendale Recreation Center, 1055 Route 32. An auction is planned, and members are asked to bring a new, wrapped item to be auctioned off. The executive board meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. followed by a business meeting at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, at the center. Reservations are being taken for the April 15 trip to the Hunterdon Hills Playhouse in Jersey for dinner and a Murder Mystery show. Cost is $78 per person. On May 13, the group heads to Pennsylvania Peak. The trip includes a family-style dinner with a tribute concert to Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn. Cost is $68 per person. The big trip to Mount Rushmore, the Badlands and the Black Hills of South Dakota is June 12-22. Cost is $1,049 per person, double occupancy. New members are always welcome, and nonmembers are always invited to meetings, dinners and on trips.
