Vend at the Annual Ulster County SPCA Garden Party & Flea Market

The Ulster County SPCA is now accepting vendors for their 15th annual, outdoor garden party. This event is open to the public, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday May 4, at 20 Wiedy Road, Kingston. A vending license with New York State and insurance are required.

Spots are limited to 30 crafts and/or pet products vendors, 5 bakers and 2 food vendors. Booth size is a 10x10 outdoor tent space, no water or electricity. Vendors can arrive as early as 7:30 a.m. to set up. All transportation must be removed from the lot by 8:30 a.m. Parking with be located at the River of Live Church just down the road. (All handicapped parking has been claimed for this year). The event then opens to the public at 9 a.m.

For the first time, Wine & Spirits vendors are being accepted. Vendors are required to have a vendor license and liquor license through New York State plus vendor insurance with the Ulster County SPCA listed on that insurance. After purchasing a vendor spot, email copies of these documents to marketingcoordinator@ucspca.org. All material is due before the date of the event.

Third party consultants/vendors need to contact the UCSPCA for approval before signing up.
