Women’s Work class beginning in Stone Ridge with Gail Feinstein, LCSW, LMT

This ongoing monthly group is now forming for women seeking connection, alignment, purpose and Earth. Come join in the circle in a safe and supportive space to explore self, connect to passion and vision, and be deeply seen and witnessed. Recover an intimacy with the body as the path to strength, courage, stepping into leadership and fully flourishing through sensory awareness, breath work, and relational mindfulness.
