Archetypes & Asana, a tarot and yoga workshop with Lizz Truitt

Weaving the wisdom behind tarot into asana, breathwork, and meditation, in this workshop, 4-6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, at Whole Sky Yoga, 3588 Main St., Stone Ridge, each participant will pull cards from provided decks (or their own) and learn how to build sequences around the major arcana archetypes and minor arcana tools that appear; then, flow together layering in various elements from the pulled cards. Cost is $40/drop-in or $32/members.
