The Way of the Buddha, a five-week class taught by Daniel Berlin at Sky Lake

An exploration of the authentic path of meditation and insight based on the Buddha’s teachings. Classes will be held, Tuesdays, March 12-April 9, at Sky Lake Meditation Center, 22 Hillcrest Lane, Rosendale. Participants will be practicing meditation and studying “The Profound Treasury of the Ocean of Knowledge” by Chogyam Trungpa. Taught by Daniel Berlin, long time student of Chogyam Trungpa and a visual artist, the class will emphasize practical application rather than abstract, theoretical views. Good for beginning and experienced students.

Cost is $60 for five weeks or drop in for $15 per class.
