Community Movie Night with ‘Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory’ rescheduled

Due to the heat advisory and thunderstorms, the community movie night, originally scheduled for July 10 was rescheduled. Enjoy games and crafts plus see a free screening of the 1971 classic, “Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory” on the big screen and support the Stone Ridge Library, 6-10 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, at Butterfield Bluestone at the Hasbrouck House, 3805 Main St., Stone Ridge. Come early for Willy Wonka-themed crafts and activities including an invention room, egg race, and photo booth, eat dinner, and enjoy Arrowood Farms brews, raffles and lawn games and stay for the 8 p.m. screening of the film with 10% of sales Butterfield Bluestone and 100% of Arrowood Farm beer sales benefiting the Stone Ridge Library Foundation. This event is free and open to the public, rain or shine under the big tent. Bring a blanket and sit on the lawn or grab a table under the tent.
